Ingredients:
- 2 (medium-large) Bananas
- 2 (medium) Eggs *Can do 2 flax eggs to make this Vegan
- 2 TBSP Almond Flour (can make it without this)
Optional add-ins:
- 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
*Flax egg: 1 TBSP flaxseed, 2 TBSP water, stir in small (separate) bowl and let sit for 30 seconds
Directions:
- Mash your bananas
- Mix in the eggs and almond flour until a nice batter. Should be slightly runny (not super thick).
- Add in the optional add-ins here
- Pour into the pan, lightly brown and flip to the other side (cook it to your desired taste!)
- Top with your favorite toppings!
*Makes 4 pancakes
