These babies are savory and soft. Quick to throw together with very little ingredients needed. A guilt-free dessert to munch on daily. Only 6.5 net carbs per cookie. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 egg (do chia or flax egg to keep it vegan)**
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
**Flax/chia "egg": Add 2 TBSP of water, 1 TBSP of the seed into a tiny bowl. Stir together, let sit for a minute, then it's ready to add into the recipe.
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Combine coconut sugar, coconut oil, "egg", salt, vanilla and baking soda. Stir. Then add almond flour.
- Roll into 14 balls and flatten. Then place onto parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- Bake 9-12 minutes
