Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites!

No bake and takes on ONLY 5 min to make! Vegan, gluten free and egg/dairy free and tastes JUST like raw cookie dough with a LOT less sugar, in fact only 3g sugar per "cookie"

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 TBSP of peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP of coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP of pure maple syrup
  • 1 TSP of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of almond flour/meal
  • 1/8 TSP sea salt
  • 3 TBSP dark chocolate chips/chunks 

 

Directions: 

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Then roll them out and form them into balls! They do not need to be refrigerated, but I think they taste best cold.

Makes 12 cookie dough bites

Macros: 105 calories per bite, 5g carbs, 9g fat, 3g protein, 1.67 g fiber, 3 g sugar
