Working out on my own was something I had been doing on a semi-regular basis for many years, yet I never seemed to achieve the kind of results I had hoped for.   Then, after turning 41, I decided it was now or never and I wanted to make a total commitment to getting into the best shape of my life.  But to get there I knew I needed to make this time different, and that's where Rachel came in.

After discussing my goals with Rachel, she put together a tailor made 12 week program which included weight and cardio routines.  However, the most enlightening aspect of her plan revolved around nutrition.  Rachel taught me the importance of eating clean and how to easily track my macro intake during each phase of the program in order to optimize my results.    Best of all, this didn't feel like a diet as I never once felt like I was starving myself.

In the end, with Rachel's guidance and constant encouragement, I actually exceeded the goals we had set.  Although I only lost 10lbs of total body weight, I reduced my body fat by nearly 40% while at the same time gaining considerable strength and cardio endurance.

In fact, shortly after completing the program I put my new found fitness to the ultimate test and participated in a 10 mile military style obstacle course event, The Tough Mudder.   Had I not been training with Rachel, not only would I have been unable to complete the event, I probably wouldn't have even made it past the first mile.

And, if that wasn't proof enough. I also received additional confirmation when renewing my life insurance, which required a physical and blood work. I received the highest possible rating, rating higher than I had in my 20's. I truly was in the best shape of my adult life!

I've since done two additional 12 week programs with Rachel, one to bulk up, and another to lean out again, both with excellent results.  Each time Rachel has come up with a unique program, and kept things challenging.  Overall, I'm very pleased with the results I've been able to achieve with Rachel's help. Regardless of your current fitness level, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new perspective on what's possible when it comes to achieving your fitness goals.
