Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl (Vegan, GF)

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen (small) banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 25g plant protein (optional) - I used Root2 Plain Pea Protein

Top with whatever your heart desires! I used almond butter, raspberries, 88% dark chocolate, coconut flakes and homemade granola.

Macros before toppings: 280 calories, 42g carbs, 28g protein, 3g fat, 7g fiber.
